All orders are prepared and shipped from Copenhagen. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before dispatch. Domestic orders (Denmark) typically arrive within 1-3 business days after shipment.

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returned items are inspected before a refund is issued. We cannot accept returns of candles or perfumes that show signs of use.
