These Terms govern all purchases made through mmuo.dk. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

1. Orders
  All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders at any time in the event of errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse. Immediately before proceeding to payment, you must check the box stating, "I have read and accept the terms and conditions."

2. Pricing
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Mmuo reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Payment
  Payment is securely processed through our checkout partners. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Note: In accordance with Danish law, funds will only be debited from your account once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.  

4. Shipping
  Orders are dispatched from Copenhagen. Shipping Methods: We ship via  (DAO/GLS/PostNord). Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs procedures or carrier delays.  

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection. Used or damaged items cannot be returned.

6. 2-Year Right to Claim (Reklamationsret)
  In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year right to claim for defects. You may have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the situation. Claims must be made within a "reasonable time" (2 months is always timely) after discovering the defect.  

7. Complaint Procedures
  If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us at contact@mmuo.dk. If a solution cannot be reached, you can file a complaint with Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via www.naevneneshus.dk.  

8. Privacy Policy
We process your personal data (name, address, email, phone) solely to fulfill your order. Your data is handled in accordance with GDPR and is never sold to third parties.

9. Liability
 Mmuo is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers or external factors beyond our control. 


10. Intellectual Property
  All content on mmuo.dk, including images, text, and branding, remains the property of Mmuo and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.


11. Governing Law
  These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
